Warranty Information

Your PlayXTAC product is warranted free of defects in materials and workmanship with the PlayXTAC Limited Warranty. Our products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase, or for the failure of electronic components within one year of purchase.

In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or improper handling. Also, this warranty is null and void if modifications or maintenance is provided by someone other than PlayXTAC. This warranty is non-transferable.
